Intinerary Explained....

Ok so lets see if I can explain my schedule. So we get on the boat on Dec 6th and arrive in Melbourne on the 8th. There we will visit You Yang Ranges National Park. We get to see all kinds of animals. Kangaroos koalas, etc. The next day we will be in Burnie Australia. There we will get to go caving in some limestone caves and see glow worms (wonder what those are...lol). On the 9th we are in Christchurch New Zealand. There we will get to hike around the Southern Alps and take a jet boat ride through Waimakariri Gorge. Our other two planned things are a tour of the Kenepuru Sound, and a visit to Hells Gate (not as bad as it sounds, but I guess its a pretty hot place). We also plan to visit with some friends out there, goto a couple meetings, even try to make it out in field service with them. Other then that, we're open! Should be an awesome experience! Any other things we should check out?

PS: I found out how expensive it is to use my cell over there...ouch! $2.50 a minute and 50 cents a text message. So lets use the blog/email to keep and touch and save some money, lol.

  2. Sounds like a lot of fun! I heard that the Great Barrier Reef has some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world, it might be cool to check that out, maybe snorkel.Just watch out for the stingrays!

  3. if you can't fit into the pouch of one of the kangaroos, try to squeeze a koala in there. it'd be epic...
